You may ask your son to take PCM in 11th standard and then further he can prepare for IIT-JEE entrance test. After securing a good rank in the same, he can opt of the best engineering colleges and get into B.Teck CSE branch.

For commercial pilot training, you need to complete class 12th with physics and maths as the main subjects. You need to score 50 percent marks in both the subjects. You can directly contact any flying club in India for pilot training, they will give you ground classes for the licence exam which is taken by DGCA.
Yes, many banks offer education loan. You need to visit the bank for more details.
