Dear Mohan,
To achieve your target, you have to crack the NET exam or would complete Ph.D in particular domain with good grade and you should have good command over your subject .
Many universities do consider the correspondence degree for their lecturer opening but some don't.
All the best.

Theoretically you can do graduation degree while on job. You may find it difficult to do full time graduation while working as an air hostess. Therefore, it is suggested that you may evaluate option of doing graduation studies by distance learning.

A B.Com graduate can apply for jobs in any organization for an entry level opening in accounts department. The entry level job would be of book keeping, maintaining books of accounts, making JV entries, etc. A pure finance role may not be available for a B.Com graduate. With experience in accounts, one can explore opportunity internally/externally into the pure finance domain.

Hello Divya,
Sorry, you are not eligible for pilot training as for being a pilot, one should be 12th grade pass with minimum 50% marks in Physics and maths as maths and physics are the most important.
AME is only useful for you as a extra education but for being a pilot you need 12th with physics maths.
