Hello Sagar,
Yes you will face some problems because every employer will ask you about these drop. But if you drop after 12th for some entrance preparation there will not be any problem, the problem starts if you drop after your graduation and do nothing.

It's good to have long term goals. You need to make sure that you graduate from a good university with the specialization of your choice, and then pursue MBA or Master's degree. Later, you need to set your goals and work hard to achieve them. UG courses like engineering, B.Com, B.Sc or LLB will help you in achieving your goal.

If you want to become a lecturer then you have to clear the CBSE UGC NET Exam.
UGC NET is to determine the eligibility of Indians for Assistant Professor only or Junior Research Fellowship and eligibility for Assistant Professor.
This Exam is conducted two times in a year - June & December.

No, Its only depends on the university in which you are going to take admission. I never heard about TFW for B.Tech in engineering colleges. But, yes, there are scholarships on merit based & merit cum means based.
