Hello Shivam,
For being a pilot, you need minimum 35 lacs in India from a good flying club. But, if you need a job also, you have to do few more courses which will cost you around 70 lacs in total.

Hello Sipi,
It will be better if he go for B.Tech engineering and complete his graduation because after graduation, he can get a good salary package and a good job. Only diploma will give you a job but with less salary.

Yes, you can. Subject is not a constraint. In my view, you should opt for political science and geography. These two subjects are easy to qualify.
