Salary :
Salary depends on various parameters such as size of the organization, profile, qualification, experience, etc.
But, still, to give you a brief idea, after completing the diploma or the Bachelor's course, a graduate is usually taken as a trainee. After successful completion of training, they may be absorbed in positions with salaries range between Rs.4,000 to Rs.7,500.

To become a Commercial Pilot, you should clear CPL Course. CPL stands for Commercial Pilot License. It will take Maximum one year to complete the course.
Eligibility : HSc / Equivalent with Maths, Physics and Chemistry (Minimum 50%)
Age : Minimum 16 Years to start CPL training
Vision : Must posses 6/6 .And you must free from major diseases to join for CPL.
The job of a pilot is a highly specialised one. It requires knowledge of air navigation, interpretation of meteorological reports, operating sophisticated electronic and mechanical controls, leading the aircraft under adverse circumstances, and being a leader to the flight crew and passengers under climatic and other emergency situations.
You will be responsible for the passengers, the crew and the aircraft. Hence you must have discipline, patience, responsibility, punctuality, commitment and self-confidence.
Apart from Theoratical and Practical training. Flying trating is mandatory for getting license.
FLYING TRAINING

The Candidate has to complete 200 Hours (Two hundred hours) of flight time for obtaining the Commercial Pilot's License. This flight time includes:
(I) One hundred hours of flight time as Pilot-in-Command.
(ii) Twenty hours of cross-country flight time as Pilot-in-Command.
(iii) Ten hours of instrument time.
(iv) Five hours of flight time by night

You need to be at least 17 years old and should have qualified 10+2 with maths, chemistry and physics. Training to become a pilot is quite laborious and expensive. Before taking on the role of a pilot, you need to obtain a commercial pilot's license, issued by the Director General (civil aviation) http://dgca.nic.in/.
