If you are technically inclined and want to make career in the technical field then it is advisable to do M.Tech/MS. If you want to be a generalist then MBA is better option. Nowadays Technical specialists are paid very well and sometimes more than Management graduates. Equal growth opportunities are available for both M.Tech and MBA graduates.
