Santosh, MBA through distance mode is basically for working professionals. It is going to add value to the work experience of the person and get him/ her promotion and success in career. But in case one is not working then doing MBA through distance mode is not advisable as most companies don't give weightage to MBA through distance mode if the candidate doesn't have work experience especially during the period when degree was done through distance mode.
Still check the websites of some good universities that offer MBA through distance education.
Good luck.

Usually, IAS is the more preferred cadre. Rarely, candidates prefer IFS over IAS but it does happen.
IAS gives you greater opportunity to have an impact on the lives of citizens of the country and definitely provides you with more power.
IFS, while giving you an opportunity to travel, is more like a PR person. You need to attend diplomatic functions, attend to ministers and officials visiting the country and send updates apart from the consular tasks. The power to influence the citizen's life is much limited as compared to an IAS officer. However, it is good if you are posted in an important country or posted in MEA.

You can not pursue both management and design courses simultaneously. you may opt for BBA or BMS if you are interested in management. And can opt for B.Des if you are good at drawing and have a creative mind.
