IAS exams are conducted by UPSC every year.
To become IAS officer you need to complete your studies i.e. after 12th complete Graduation from a recognized university.
Minimum qualification required to appear for IAS exams is Graduation from a recognized university.
It is under Civil Service Exam conducted once in a Year by UPSC.To become an IAS Officer One Needs to crack Civil Service Exam.
You need focused study of subjects.You should analyze the syllabus, and hard work is needed to crack this examination.Its important to have some reading habits as that will help you to keep yourself updated about the current affairs.Read lots of magazine

Dear Ravi,
Yes you can pursue Ca programme but according to me that will not a wise decision in term of total duration of programme is 3-4 years and you have to give full attention and time too for study to crack the exam.
In other case you can plan for Mba-finance that will be complete in next 2 years from good b-school and you can see your career with good growth and salary too.
Rest you can decide according to your career aim or interest.

hi,
for which course you want to take coaching classes?
now a days there is two options of coaching:
1) Offline Mode: in this mode you need to visit the center personally to take coaching.
2) Online Mode: in this mode you can take from your house, cyber cafe or from where ever you want to take.
you will not need to visit the center personally.

for UPSC u should go for BA and then MA in subjects like -
1) history
2) pol science
3)geoghraphy
4) philosophy
5) psychology
and then u can crack upsc exam easily
