"You have not mentioned if you are asking for graduation level or post graduation level courses in Economics. If you've just completed your 12th then you can go for BA in Economics followed by MA in the same field. For graduation you can apply directly in different Colleges offering courses in Economics but for PG i.e MA in Economics you will have to give entrance exams to get a seat in reputed colleges. For being a Commercial Pilot you should be from science background.
Fee for whole training will cost you around 40 lacs in India and 60 abroad. Career opportunities depends upon your flying hours and rating done on different stages.

Hi Prashant,
To become an IAS officer you have to appear in Civil Service Exam.
The Civil Service Examination is organized by UPSC every year to recruit candidate for IAS, IPS etc.
Academic Qualification:
The candidate must hold a bachelor's degree in any field from a well known college or university.
You can pursue graduation in any stream.
Candidates who have appeared at an examination the passing of which would render them educationally qualified for the Commission's examination but have not been informed of the results as also the candidates who intend to appear at such a qualifying examination will also be eligible for admission to the
