If you searching top collage so I suggest you Tata institute for Social Sciences(TISS) here you can get job after post graduation (MA) but its very expensive and it's entrance is also very difficult but her study is very good.
But I advised you u need study at Delhi university or Banaras Hindu university or Allahabad university for Ba(psychology) if you are very good in study then you can easily clear it's entrances.
And if you are don't waste so much money and learn psychology as a specialized course in BA thus,I would like to say that you should study at Sam Higginbotham Institute of Technology & Sciences (SHIATS) Allahabad (Uttar Pradesh) here you can study psychology and get more information about this subject because you here you have opportunity to do BA(Honors) psychology ,since mostly in the field of psychology jobs starts after post graduation so I suggest you study psychology then you can study here and total fees is 30,000 which lower than TISS and when you study here you have more time to prepare for TISS entrance exam because here due to one subject course is not lengthy and you can easily prepare for Delhi university also .Thank you
