There is not any branch office of Institute of accounting technician in india, in India ATC is provided by Institute of chartered accountants of india after completing first group of IPCC provided that you have opted for such certification while registring for IPCC.

if have ability to work hard then take professional course like CA, CS ,ICWA otherwise go for MBA in reputed college. All the best

Instead of doing automobile do mechanical engineering it would give you much better opportunity with almost same course

Following are the options to become engineer in India :
(a) BTech after +2 stage with PCM from a recognized board.
(b) Diploma in Engineering after 10th class. You can take lateral entry in 2 year of BTech after Diploma.
(c) Membership exam by AMIE or IETE etc.
(d) Few universities allows lateral entry of BSc graduates into BTech or integrated MTech programs.

Diploma in Pharmacy is a good option but I would suggest you to opt for Bachelors degree program that will bring you good career prospects
