There is no difference between mba and pgdm. Its only nomenclature which differs. After pursuing graduation in mechanical engineering, you should go for mba/pgdm(operations). That would b more fruitful relating your grad background. All the best. Thank you.

Here are several stages in company secretary course ie, foundation programme, executive programme and professional programme.
In addition to it the student needs to undergo 15 hours of training session.
Foundation programme can be pursued by students who have passed 10+2 exam with arts, commerce or science subjects.
For executive programmes only the graduate students are eligible expect for the fine arts students.

There are huge opportunities in the field of Banking. Banking includes many department like management, sales, marketing etc. and hence it requires professionals for every department.
The minimum eligibility to start career in Banking is generally a bachelor's degree. If you are from a non-commerce background, you may start as sales or marketing representative provided you have good communication skill and ability to perform.

1. Judge Your Potentials-
First judge your potentials for this field. Banking sector is known for quick mathematical calculations and for quick decision making as it is the money matter and trust me it is the basic requirement. Because when you will fight for its competitive exam if you are not good at it then you will find it tough.
