Most colleges have a different provision for admission. You need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another.

I feel that you have to make yourself ready for your IAS. You have now a good qualification. The later course is showing your knowledge in a competitive examination. Or else, prepare yourself for Research, under a good Professor of good repute. Preparing for NET is also a good option. Think, if you like becoming a Professor.
