I would suggest you to join a coaching. Religiously follow whatever they give you to study. Understand logics and concepts to depth. Solve as many high level questions as you can. Solve previous year papers. Practice, practice and practice.

Since, u have completed science in 12th. U hv an ample of scope in grad level. Judge your interest, ambition, passion. Go wth the subject which u love the most. Btech/ mbbs/ bds/ bsc/ bba/ bms are some common options. All the best. Get a good clg.

HelloI suggest for biomedical engineering that related to both technical and medical field.
Biomedical Engineering in India has got varied scopes if you are comparing it with Mechanical Engineering in terms of Job opportunities in India.
- After doing Biomedical Engineering, you can be employed in some MNC's as Sales, Service and Application Specialists.
- You can work as a Research Engineer as well in some OEM Manufacturing Companies
- You can work as a Biomedical Engineer in the Hospitals
- You can pursue Masters from any of the IIT's, IIT Bombay, Madras, Hyderabad and Kharagpur. Thus escalating your Salary figures.
