Hi Ravi,
You can definitely opt for industry relevant certifications which are designed basically to provide an extra edge to an individual by giving them an in-depth knowledge in a particular area of subject.
Oracle, CCNA,CISCO etc are a few good options for an IT professional. Pursuing any certificate course would add an extra achievement to your resume.

HowFirstly you should appear in JEE( main + advance) exam to get admission in top IITS. Because all IITS take admission through jee advance. To get admission in top IITS you require top rank in jee advance. Another you can also apply for BITSAT exam for this.
Hope this helps you.

The two careers are not really comparable. They are very different in every aspect. Please think about your interest in choosing these. One of the factors can be the years of study you have to invest. Medical requires you to study for greater no of years than engineering. But both have good opportunities in their fields.

11th marks will not matter for admission into engineering courses but 12th board marks will matter. So try to get the maximum that you can in 12th boards. Bits pilani even offers direct admission to state or centre board toppers.
