Robotics being a fairly new area of specialisation the chances are good for employment. Germany is the country where Mechanical Engineering, especially in the field of Automobiles, originated hence chances would be good.

You have not specified which country as the process varies with the country, for e.g., USA and Canada require you to send the attested copies of your academic transcripts and others like UK, Australia, NZ accepted colored scanned copies.
Broadly documents required for all are Academic transcripts from 10th onwards, Passport copy, 2 letters of recommendation from College Professors,Statement of Purpose, English language test like TOFEL or IELTS results, GRE and GMAT results if required. if you select the country and then the University then you can go to their website and check out the exact requirement and process.

There is actuaries if you like insurance which has great scope
CFA is also there if interested in finance many mba students also try CFA since it has better scope than mba finance
There are also short term certification courses like Certified financial planner by ICFPI and Certified credit reasearch analyst by care
These certificate courses have less scope hence better to do after job
