IBS Hyderabad, Jaipur and Dehradun provides the degree of MBA but IBS Gurgaon provides a PGPM degree since it is an autonomous programme. MBA is a degree offered by colleges recognised by University Grant Commission(UGC) and PGDM is a diploma offered by the institutes recognised by All India Council by Technical Education(AICTE). PGPM is equivalent to PGDM and it is a combination of both PGDM and MBA. As far as your query regarding your career, let me tell you that many reputed companies do visit IBS campuses every year.
