There are very good potentials with Embedded technology. Huge demand in auto mobile engineering, Medical manufacturing industries even other companies.
Whereas IT as a filed is relatively easier than doing Electronics. There are also very good potential after doing B-Tech IT or computer science.
You may choose your career as software development, IT Infrastructure etc.
