KCET exam 2024 will be held on Apr 18, 2024 and Apr 19, 2024 and KCET result will be released on May 20, 2024.  

NEET UG 2024 registration is ongoing and the last date to apply is Mar 9, 2024. Further, the NEET UG exam will be held on May 5, 2024 and the NEET result will be declared on Jun 14, 2024.

MHT CET 2024 registration is ongoing and the last date to apply is Mar 1, 2024.  Further, the MHT CET exam 2024 for Pharmacy will be held between April 16, 2024 to Apr 23, 2024. 

OJEE application form 2024 have been released and the last date to fill the OJEE application form is March 15, 2024. OJEE 2024 Exam will be conducted from May 6, 2024, to May 10, 2024.

What is B Pharma degree?

BPharmacy Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for a BPharmacy course are very basic and easy to fulfil. However, it is important to note that though BPharmacy eligibility criteria are general guidelines, the specific requirements may vary depending on the institution the candidates are applying for.

Q. Can I open a clinic following B Pharmacy?

A. Unfortunately no, there are no provisions for pharmacists to open their own clinic. The India Pharmacy Council expressly says that pharmacists cannot open their own clinics. open a chemist shop and dispense medicine. However, you cannot start a clinic because the clinic is opened by a doctor with an MBBS degree.

Without an MBBS graduate degree, no one can operate a clinic or even prescribe medicine to patients. After obtaining a licence for the shop, you can only start a chemist/medicine shop and distribute the medicine prescribed by a doctor (MBBS). However, it is common in today's society for chemists to prescribe medication for minor ailments. However, this is absolutely unlawful, and anyone caught doing so may face legal consequences.

Q. Is B Pharma Doctor?

A. Unfortunately, one cannot become a doctor after graduating from B Pharmacy. Because Pharmacy is not synonymous with being a Doctor. One must first complete an MBBS, BDS, or Ayush Doctor programme before one becomes a doctor. BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, and additional minimum education certification requirements exist.
