Take the creative subjects or arts or languages. I would recommend that as you study for your 10+2, you start practicing sketching to begin with. Try to observe things closely and sketch them. You can also buy good sketch books from the market for sketching including shading, shadows, and human figures.
However, soon you may have to upgrade to more serious books like "The Animator's Survival Kit" by Richards William. Psychology and Literature are two useful subjects. Try to participate in writing, drawing/ painting, sports, dramatics, music, singing etc. whatever is possible for you.

Hi Aniket, first of all you need to understand that there is no shortcut to success.So there is no such thing as easy and fast. But if you will pursue a career in the field that you like then most likely thing will appear easier to you.
There are wide variety of career options available for science students like B.Tech, B.Des, B.Plan, BBA, Intergrated LLB etc.so you need to find out your interest areas and then decide accordingly.

The placements completely depends on the stuffs and the capability of the students, and last year 94% students got placed with an average package of 6.5 lacks. The student should have minimum of 50% marks in their career.
