One has to join as an Associate Professor and then become Associate Professor getting Ph.D. For joining profession, start with NET. Distance Education is not a dis-qualification.

Just look at the stream you want to choose further in pgdm. it's like both colleges are good at their respective place. You just need to see which college suits best in your desired set criteria. Average salary for Bimtech is 6.5- 7 lpa while for imi-b it's around 7.25 lpa.
