There are some top-ranked universities offering International Relations in countries such as Germany, France, the UK and Australia. Your aggregate percentage in BA looks good. Most of the universities typically require a bachelor's degree, graduate exam scores, some prior coursework in related fields and a good TOEFL score. MIS is good, it will provide you good opportunity in MNC, but again it depends on your interest and your skill-set, you need to have good commend over excel, because in MIS you need to play with data. And you need to learn some tools which are used for analysis, like SAS and SPSS. So, before taking any decision, evaluate your skill set. Even if you pursue MBA in finance you can do job in MIS.
