First of all you need to understand that Entrance exams are the best way to get in to a reputed institute. Other than B.Tech there are programs like, BBA, B.Des, Law, BA, etc. If you're creative then B.Des, B.plan can be quite good field for you. But for these you've to appear for entrance exams. Among these BBA is the only option you've if you don't want to appear for any entrances at all.
BBA in oil and gas, aviation, auto marketing, logistics management are great option. These are quite new fields and far better than the old specializations like HR, Marketing or finance. These are fresh areas hence job opportunities are a

Every degree has its own value. There is a scope of every specialization in market. Whatever, marketing /finance/ HR/Operation, etc. There is a trend of dual MBA nowadays. You can do it. It means two specialization as HR and finance or HR and Marketing. You are a good judge in yourself. Find out your competencies and skills and decide for dual MBA.
Jobs are totally depend on the individuals. If you are excellent in your work and have full knowledge of your work then nobody can defeat you in market. So, identify your skills and hobbies then take a decision.
