MCom as a degree hash lost its value as far as getting a job is concerned. Companies need professional qualifications like CA, CS, CMA, MBA, etc. MCom is just a masters degree for sake of it.

Career is Animation requires deep passion about the profession. Skills & knowledge & working with patience are the key skills required. If someone do Diploma, now-a-days there are many private institutes whom are offering Diploma in Animation but degrees are mostly offered by Universities. If suppose you will do Diploma then you will face a quite competition despite your skills. But with degree you will get the better placement & lesser competition.
So we prefer to do degree rather than Diploma. Investment of time & money in education will always give you immense returns.

Hi Kirti,
Rigging is a specialization. Like a real skeleton, a rig is made up of joints and bones, each of which act as a "handle" that animators can use to bend the character into a desired pose.
If you compare it to animation, the number of jobs would be lesser. However, a good rigger would always find a job. A rigger is typically good with logic and numbers. In the recent years India alongwith South Korea, Singapore, Philippines, China and Japan have seen a huge amount of outsourced animation work from across the globe.
Besides movies, animators are required for creating game & in the e-learning industry. Hence the increase in scope of
