Yes itvis a good option but then be very sure about going in the admintrative line of Govt sector. It is difficult to come in merit in UPSC exam in the first attempt itself. You miight have to make more number of attempts. Judge yourself correctly and if you do posses the required skills and the bent of mind towards intense studies then go for it.
