Thank you for your e-mail. This is to inform you that the admissions for the academic session 2014-2015 have commenced. We have regular courses in GRAPHIC Design/COMMERCIAL ART. We are offering 22 Vocational Courses. The duration for all the courses in Polytechnic is ONE yr for Graduates, TWO years or three years courses are for both Graduate and Under Graduates
There is no entrance test. it is on the basis of first cum first served.
The prospectus is available in the admissions Hall, within our campus. There is also an Exhibition on, comprising of : 'Choose your Career'. Our counseling officers may further assist you in deciding the course.

Our fees are RS.57,000/- per annum. We however only take it in four installments,
and the fees for hostel is 56,000/- payable in three installments. Hence you may even before your results book a seat by registering yourself.
You can come and collect the Prospectus (in it both the admission +hostel form) from the admission counter or if you want the prospectus through post, then you have to send Rs.250/- being the cost and the postal charges for the sameWe hope we have satisfied some of your doubts and queries. If you mean BHM (Bachelor's in Hotel Management), then it is one of the finest field to make career.
While pursuing this course you may opt for specializaion in:
1. Front office.
2. Housekeeping
3. Food and Beverage Service
4. Culinary Arts (Cooking and Baking).
There are multiple job profiles in hotel management and depending upon the candidates' education, work experience, the positions are offered.
However, in order to work in top level or middle-level management candidates must have a degree in Hotel management.
Whereas some hotels hire graduates straight from universities, some other hotels hire only trained hotel management graduates.
Students looking for a career in hotel management should have strong communication skills, reasoning skills, numerical aptitude and pleasing personality.
Therefore, if some candidate is lacking in these skills, he must inculcate them in him and for that starting early definitely helps. Many students start preparing for entrance exams conducted by IHMs soon after their 10th board.
Remuneration in hotel management industry differs depending upon the hotel management institute the candidate passed out from, work experience, skills and ability to handle tough situations.
Those who come from top notch hotel management institutes such as IHM receive starting salary of Rs 20,000 or more.
Similarly, candidates with diploma or certification programs can get salaries starting from Rs 8,000 to 10,000 .
Again the salary package differs a lot on the size and shape of the employment company.
Large hotel chains offer attractive remuneration and pamper their employees.
