Vishal, B.Tech and B.Pharmacy are subjects of different kinds. For doing B.Tech you need to have PCM subjects in high schoool and for B.pharmacy you need to have PCB subjects. Procedure to pursue CA:
-Common Proficiency Test (CPT)
-Intermediate (Integrated Professional Competence) Examination
-Final Exam
The Common Proficiency Test (CPT) 2014 is conducted by the Council of the Institute Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
CPT consists of four subjects namely, Fundamentals of Accounting, Mercantile Laws, General Economics and Quantitative Aptitude.
Eligibility:
The registration begins after class 10th although exams can be given only after 10+2. Validity for CPT registration is 3 years, after which revalidation can be made.

There is not much a difference between BA and B.Sc Economics.
Some colleges offer a BA degree while other offer a B.Sc degree.
A B.A. degree is better if you are interested in getting a broad liberal arts education and in approaching the study of economics from the theoretical perspective. The B.A. gives you a comprehensive view of economics with a focus on theory instead of its applications to business and finance. The B.A. is also typically less mathematically rigorous, requiring courses in statistics rather than calculus.
