No, JEE(Main) is only for to pursue Undergraduate Engineering Programs at NITs, IIITs, Other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions, Institutions funded by participating State Governments.

You have not mentioned your current qualification. So its tough to say which degree course is best for you. Both the courses have their own importance & have equal career prospects. Always remember your career growth is not completely dependent on the Industry you enter, it is more dependent on your own competitiveness, how you perform on the course and how you use the knowledge earned at the time of Interviews. You need atleast a masters in psychology in India. Most universities take only graduates who had done psychology at the bachelor level into the master level program. So you have to search a lot to find out the university that would take non-psychology graduate into the master in psychology program.
