It seems you are interested in the Indian Engineering Service (IES) and Indian Police Service (IPS) entrance examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC)
INDIAN ENGINEERING SERVICES (IES) 2014 ENTRANCE EXAM will be conducted by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on 20th June, 2014 and it is 3 day long process. I strongly believe in continuing with the flow of education and completing MBA before stepping into the world of responsibilities. In your case, you already have 3 years of wrok-ex which will give you an edge above most others.
So, the best of the resources should be exploited at a time when you are making yourself ready for the real world. So, continue with your education and make use of your work experience to enhance your skills in the course of study. Appear for CAT, MAT and do well to get a choice of good institutes. Good luck !
