MCA is offered by number of universities in India.
Candidates usually gets admission by qualifying entrance examination conducted either by the universities or by the Directorate of Technical Education of India.
In order to be eligible for most of the Universities, one must have qualified Bachelors Degree program and have studied Mathematics either in the Higher Secondary level or in the Bachelors level.
The Board from which the candidate has passed the Higher Secondary level of examination as well as the University which awarded the degree must be recognized by the government of India.
Now, as far as percentage of marks is concerned, it varies from Institute to Institute but candidates who have scored a minimum of 60% marks in the Higher Secondary level and a minimum of 50-55% marks in Bachelors degree program makes him'her eligible for most of the Institutes offering the course.
Fee also differs from Institute to Institute. May be min. of 1.5 lac.
As you are BCom graduate without maths, it affects your career in programming field. But you have done web designing & software testing that don't require much part of Maths. So, if have interest in this area you can surely go for it.

Glad to know that your interested in Animation.Web designing involves the creation and maintenance of websites. Software such as Adobe Flash and Dreamweaver are taught as part of the course ware. The basic concepts of html, CSS,Javascript,action scripting and so on are taught. Along with the theory, you need a good deal of practice to master the techniques. Lots of assignments and projects will help you become a good designer. Choose the right institution based on course structure, institute infrastructure, faculty, and affiliations with reputed universities among others. Visit a few animation college websites, download their brochures and talk to their counselors before you make your final decision.

Well Vivek, Animation is an art form and a very demanding career. It has ample opportunities for the creatively talented people. Opportunities lie in UI Design, Graphic Design, Storyboarding, Animation Design, Game Design, 3D Modelling, Texturing and Lighting, Dynamics and VFX and of course animation (2D and 3D). However, choosing between these must be done after seeing your performance in each of these. So going for a generic course covering all or most of these would be the best way to get started in these careers. Typically you should have good sketching skills to be able to make a sound career in this (if you work hard you can improve your drawing skills tremendously). Nothing but your innermost talent and passion should lead you to the course and the institute you choose. To become a Pilot :
-You need to first possess a Student Pilot License. You must be over 17 years of age and have completed 12th in Science (Physics and Mathematics) with 50%.
-Your vision in one eye must be perfect. In general medical terminology, it is called 6/6 eyesight. In the other eye, you could have an imperfection of 6/9, which must be correctable to 6/6.
General physical fitness is mandatory. You must be free of any disease that can hamper normal function.
-You need to register at a flying club which is recognized by Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Government of India.
-Next is Private Pilot License which includes sixty hours of flying. A Commercial Pilot Licence may be obtained only after a PPL and 250 hours of flying.
