Both MBA and MCA are high profile courses that compete against each other in today's market. In order to become a commercial pilot you must have completed your Class XII under the 10+2 system or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in Mathematics and Physics.
Training in commercial flying can be taken with Flying clubs, the Rashtriya Udan Academy, Private Flying academies.
The training goes through 3 stages of licence.
The licences have to be procured in the following order :
1. Student Pilot Licence (SPL)
2. Private Pilot Licence (PPL)
3. Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL)
- After Class XI/XII (with PCM) students can apply for the SPL.
- On passing Class XII(PCM) they may enroll for the next licence -PPL.
