My dear candidate, I'm glad to have you. A professional education lasting three years called "Company Secretary" CS equates to an undergraduate degree. The ICSE oversees the CS programme (Institute of Company Secretaries of India). The three levels of the CS course are as follows: 8-month Foundation Course 9-month Intermediate/Executive Course 15 months for the final/professional course.
