Yes ofcourse, anyone can restart their career at any time when he/ she got opportunity. If you are comfortable to go offline pr regular MCA, you can go for it. If you don't want to go college, so you can purse MCA by distance and attend virtual class and self learn the topics and restart your carrier. It will fullfill your gap to get a good job with good experience.
