First of all, It is good to know that you want to serve the country and humanity. Secondly, failing in 10th does not define your life. Many people who are doing well today have failed once, twice, even more. What matters is what you do after the failure.

Now coming to your dream of becoming an Army Doctor — it is difficult, but it is not impossible.

The truth you must know

To become a doctor in India (and especially an Army doctor), there is no shortcut. You must:

• Pass 10th

• Do 12th with Physics, Chemistry, Biology

• Clear NEET

• Complete MBBS

So the first and most important step is to clear your 10th.
You can do this by:

• Reappearing in the same board

• Or enrolling in NIOS (Open School) if regular school isn't working for you

Many students take NIOS and later become doctors, engineers, and officers. It is accepted.

After that, you'll need to complete 12th with PCB. This is compulsory. No one becomes a doctor without biology.

Then comes NEET, which decides your medical seat. If you do MBBS from AFMC Pune, you directly become an Army officer. Even if AFMC doesn't happen, you can still do MBBS elsewhere and later join the Army Medical Corps.

One honest thing I must say

This path will take extra time because of the setback in 10th. That's okay. Life is not a race. The Army does not reject people for past failure — it values discipline, consistency, and mental strength.
