Hi,
Institutes in India such as IISC, IIT Bombay, IIT Madras are also world known and in recent years they have achieved a lot. Getting into universities such as MIT, Georgia Tech etc. Will no doubt give you an edge, in the form of more advanced research and infrastructure, more practical knowledge and the international exposure. The eligibility is the same, as to be a teacher in any CBSE school except that one has to appear for an exam conducted by the KV Sangathan or CBSE (as it was last time). For PRT- Graduate with NTT course.

After cracking your state public service exam, you can get a government job as a BDS doctor on the basis of 11 months contract. Also the competitive exams are open for all. You can give UPSC after a year of preparation. At the end, it depends on what you want to do.
