You can definitely prepare for CAT and if you prepare well you might even get 99+percentile. But, even then getting into an IIM will be quite difficult, because they give a significant weightage to your past academics as well. But, there are also some very good institutes at par with the Iims, who do not give that much weightage to your past academics, provided you have a good profile and a very good percentile in CAT.

Sorry, but CAT exams are for Masters in Business Administration. So, before you do it you should have to complete Bacholer's degree or any equivalent course. After Diploma, you can't apply for CAT.

Minimum qualification for appearing in CAT is graduation in any discipline from a recognised University or equivalent recognised degree. A final year student in any undergraduate programme can appear in it. Right now, focus on your studies and score a good percentage.

Hi, yes you are eligible for CAT. You just need to do a planned study in math since you feel you are weak in that subject. Being an experienced person in the same field I would like to suggest you to solve practice question papers as many as you can, this will help you in scoring and accuracy in your answer.
Good Luck.
