Your academics are good. For cracking IIM A, B and C, you can expect your graduation marks to be equivalent or above 75%.
Also , IIMs ABC usually take students above 99percentile (depending upon the cut-off).

Sorry, you can't take admission in MBA after securing 40%. CAT is national-level MBA entrance examination conducted by one of the IIM on a rotational basis. Admission to IIMs is two stage process. The first stage is based on CAT score.
