Dear aspirant,
DILR section is a time taking section, give more time to read and understand the question thoroughly. If possible, try to make key pointers while you read the question so that you can connect these points for the questions which are to follow. Good luck !

You can prepare for CAT with the help of coaching institutions and Tutors as well. There are many entrance exam help books available in the market right now. Plus everything is digital now and so accessible. Google is the best friend today. If you are looking for colleges as well, right now. Then you can go to the LM Thapar School of Management. Their admissions are open now. Also, their course curriculum is fruitful and their placements are really successful with companies like Nestle coming in. Apply here: http://lmtsm.thapar.edu/admissions/apply-online.php.

You would basically need to join a crash course now (if you feel like you can't prepare on your own). But in case you are the smart one and think you can practice by yourself - then do so. Nothing better than giving hours and hours of smart work (not hard work) by yourself to CAT preparation. In case, you are also shortlisting the colleges to apply at right now only, then it is a great decision. Organized planning gives better results. I would suggest that LM Thapar School of Management is a must-try. Like you can at least try exploring opportunities and resources present in this Punjab based MBA college. As they have a lovely course c

Yes, you can pursue MBA after B.Sc. Agriculture. Iims are looking for diversity in educational backgrounds of their students. So, if you prepare well and get a good percentile in CAT you will have a great chance of converting the calls. Prepare for CAT as early as possible, take part in extracurricular activities also, build your resume, this will help you in interviews after the online exam.

In order to crack CAT and get admission in top B-school, you must start your preparation early. Therefore, you can start your informal preparation now and dedicated concentrated preparation six months before examination.

Yes, you may start preparing for CAT. There is no right time to start preparing for the CAT Exam. Please understand that regular preparation matters a lot more than the total amount of time invested. What I am trying to say is that if you are studying for 20 hours a week, it is much better if you study for 3 hours a day instead of 10 hours on Saturday and Sunday each. It is the discipline which matters. If you are one of those candidates who are not so good with a particular section; then you need to start early. For example, if you are an Science student who is not very good with English then you need to start your CAT preparations. A

Hi,
It would be advisable for those in this group to devote around 25-30 hours per week towards preparation for CAT exam. Every year, a lot students who join T.I.M.E. coaching center for 3-4 months of CAT classroom programme crack CAT exam and secure admission into the IIMs.
