As mentioned in the CAT registration form, candidate who are in the final year of their graduation are eligible to apply. So, I think there won't be any problem to get admission.

The Hindu: Definitely one of the best daily newspapers out there, and probably also the least biased newspaper. You can prepare for this year's CAT. You can allot 1/2 hour every day for preparing CAT. As CAT syllabus is more of logical, analytical and reasoning, so it's easy to give time for CAT preparation.
