Chances seem to be very low. Try to reappear, again and score well with at least 80 percentile to get a decent enough college for best opportunities ahead in life.

Indian Institute of Managements expects 95 to 99.99 percentile in the CAT exam. With 80 percentile, you may not be able to get admission in Iims.

It entirely depends upon your aptitude and level of preparation. Some people have cracked CAT within 3 months, whereas some took six months for the same. So yes, it can be cracked in four months' time. All the best!

Hi,
You still can have admission in MBA colleges without Writing CAT Exam.
Admissions into almost all the B-School start around the month of July and close down by the end of September. Students start preparing for different entrance exams from the start of the year because if the student scores lesser than 95 percent in the entrance exam his/her chances of getting into top IIMs become really low.
However, if any student is opting for direct admission then they are required to follow institute specific selection process.
Firstly, the candidate must register either on the colleges website (online) or by visiting the college campus (offline)

In general, to get admission into NAARM Hyderabad, one must score more than 70% in CMAT or more than 75% in the CAT exam.

The total MBA/MS/PGDM seats in these MBA colleges are 34173 for 2018-20 batch. The admission to these colleges is through DTE CAP 2018. After completion of all the CAP rounds in July 2018, some of the MBA colleges can offer admission at the institute level to All India candidates also as per the DTE guidelines. Eligibility:
For NS (Non Sponsored) category- minimum 50% marks in Graduation in Life Sciences with minimum score of MAT - 500/GMAT 500 / CMAT 150 Or, percentile in CAT/XAT - 75 / NMAT 60, Or Amity Written Test on the day of Interview.
For S (Sponsored) category- min. 50% marks in Graduation in Life Sciences with min score of MAT-450/GMAT- 450/ CMAT 100, Or percentile in CAT/XAT - 65 / NMAT 50, Or Amity Written Test on the day of Interview.
