As per the CAT-2019 Eligibility criteria the candidates appearing for the final year of Bachelor's degree/ equivalent qualification examination and those who have completed degree requirements and are awaiting results can also apply. You should have above 95 percentile in CAT and after that you have to qualify the FMS entrance exam also. Only then, you can get admission there.

Most of the private institutes accept CAT/MAT/XAT exams. As most of them accept CAT, you have to appear for CAT in order to get admission.
