Hello! No reputed college anywhere in India today gives direct admission; it's given only on merit basis. All the top-ranked colleges accept candidates on one or the other MBA entrance exam scores and their performance in the subsequent interviews (if shortlisted for them).

You can do B.Com or BBA from Delhi University affiliated colleges. Delhi University will provide you right environment for CAT preparations. Delhi University every year attract the best talent of India which also has large CAT aspirants. In the company of such aspirants, you can test and judge yourself and calibrate your CAT preparations accordingly. In addition, Delhi has good CAT preparation centres.

Yes, you are eligible for CAT and GMAT, you have a very good score in class 10th and class 12th, try to score more in both this exam

Unfortunately, minimum graduation percentage requirement for NITIE is 60. However, there are other good colleges for operations as specialisation. You can always apply there with decent entrance exam score.
