With just 36 percentile in the CAT, it is impossible to get admission even in any decent MBA college anywhere in India. Better you reappear for CAT and score higher.

An OSC (On Screen Calculator) will be available while giving the CAT exam. Yes, rough papers will also be given for calculation purposes. Good luck.

Yes, you can surely appear for the CAT exam, as long as you have a score of at least 50% marks in your graduation. Good luck with the preparation.

No fixed minimum score can be guaranteed to get an interview call from an old IIM, but a score of 99 percentile and above in the CAT should be safe enough. Good luck.

A score of about 99.7 percentile and above in the CAT should be safe enough to get a call from IIM-Ahmedabad for its full-time MBA program. Good luck.
