Most of the colleges now a days are looking for diversity in academics and work experience. Considering your graduation in BBA and arts background, you have very good chances of getting calls and converting them. So, keep your hopes high.

Chances of converting is high, but you need to perform well in GD, PI and extempore. These will be deciding factors not only in FMS-Delhi, but also in other IIM conversions.
Weightage of composite score:
CAT - 60%
GD - 10%
PI - 15%
Extempore - 5%
Class 10th - 5%
Class 12th - 5%.

Hi Shefali, do apply to as many colleges that have a cut off of 80+ and above to increase your chances of converting the call. In my opinion, you can apply to IMT Hyderabad, IMI Kolkata, LBSIM, LOYOLA, BIMM, BIMHRD (Sri Balaji Society's colleges) WELINGKAR, SIBM Bangalore, etc. If you want any insights about any college in and around Pune, then comment below and also I am the campus representative of Sri Balaji Society, so I can also help you. Fill the form at a discounted rate if interested.

Great Lakes consider overall profile for evaluation. Your CAT as well as XAT score seems to be low. Consider taking GMAT and CMAT.
