BIIB Pune accepts the scores of CAT/ XAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ MAH-CET for MBA admissions. The institute also conducts the Sri Balaji Entrance & Screening Test (SBEST) for MBA. Candidates shortlisted based on entrance exam are further called for a group discussion and personal interview round. Once selected, aspirants have to pay the course fee to confirm their seat in the institute.

This may include role play, case studies, and extempore speech and GD. 35% of the weightage in the merit list will be given to the GD process. Therefore the GD process may extend to the second day although all efforts will be made to complete the process in one day. 

Yes, BIIB Pune conducts an interview round for candidates shortlisted based on entrance exam score. Essay Writing is an integral part of the interview process. Applicants are required to appear for an essay writing exercise on a subject, which will be given on the spot in the selection centers. This will be for 30 marks and 50%  of the marks will be counted. This essay writing will be for half an hour. The topics will be general and anyone who follows the National Newspapers can easily appear for the same and score good marks.

BIIB Pune accepts national or state-level Management entrance exams to shortlist candidates for MBA admission. The institute accepts CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT or MAH CET scores. Aspirants who have not appeared for any of the accepted entrance exams or not scored well, can appear for Sri Balaji Entrance and Screening Test (SBEST). Currently, the applications are open for 2025 session at BIIB Pune for MBA programme. Aspirants can apply till Dec 28, 2024 for MBA admission. The institute releases its application form online. MAT is one of the accepted exams for MBA admission at BIIB Pune. The institute does not believe in any cut-off points as they give only 35% of the weightage for the entrance examination while making the merit list. However, below is the MAT cutoff score for the reference of the students:

The eligibility criteria for the MBA programme at BIIB requires a candidate to be a graduate from a UGC recognised University with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (45% for reserved category). Students currently in the final year of their graduation and confident of securing a minimum of 50% aggregate marks may also apply for the MBA courses. The admission committee may give more weightage to higher marks in graduation. BIIB Pune offers 60 seats for the MBA program. Candidates are admitted based on the marks secured in various national and state level exams.

Balaji Institute of International Business offers Postgraduate and PhD courses in the fields of Management. At postgraduate level, the institute offers MBA in four specialisations, namely Marketing Management, Financial, Digital and Business Formation and International Business. The course is offered in full time mode. The PhD programme is offered in part-time and full-time mode. The duration of the course is five-years.
