13%ile is very low. The better option is to take CAT again next year or else fill-up forms of CET exam and aim for a high percentile.

The eligibility criteria for PGDM in Banking& Finance is a Graduate Degree with not less than 50% marks, (final year students may also apply).
As you have not mentioned here the marks obtained at graduation level but if it is more than 60% than hope can be remains for your admission.

The top MBA colleges include XLRI, FMS, XIME, Symbosis, Christ University and few more. I would recommend you to talk to people around and also the students of the respective institution to get a clear picture.
Choose the college carefully.

Hello,
If you want to get admission into a good college at that score, then it is impossible since the cut-off of all reputed colleges is generally 80-85 percentile. I'd suggest you appear for the upcoming exams like CET and MAT and score well in them to pursue MBA from a good college this year itself.
