The CAT cut off is given below: -
1. NITIE, Mumbai cutoff for CAT PGDIM:-
General: 97.
Schedule Caste/Schedule Tribe: 65.
OBC: 75.
Differently Able: 75.
2. NITIE, Mumbai cutoff for CAT PGDISEM:-
General: 86.
Schedule Caste/Schedule Tribe: 65.
OBC: 75.

You shall appear in entrance tests or exams on the basis of graduation. You need to do well in the entrance exams and that will take you to MBA.
The history you mentioned needs to be overshadowed by your good work in the selection test.
