Sure, you can sit for both exams. As minimum graduation percentage eligibility for CAT is 50%.

Hi Nikhil,
According to the eligibility criteria, you are not eligible for the MBA program. SJMSOM, IIT Bombay accepts candidates with a 4-year graduation program or candidates with a Master's degree (in case they have done a 3-year graduation program).

Your Graduation marks are not considered while taking admission into MS course. The rankings and cut offs change every year, so please check your rank with the previous year rank cut offs. Hope this helped.

There is no particular cutoff kind of aspect for all entrance exams other than CET. As all of these exam scores are then converted by the DTE to put them in line with CET by a specific formula.

You will need to match your interest and the future prospects and viability of your decision and then go ahead with it. There are many exams for various institutions. CAT XAT MAT CMAT CET, SNAP and NMAT. Check them out.
