With such low scores, it is impossible to get a good college. I suggest you reappear for these(and/or any other exams) and try to get a better score. Good luck!

The cut-offs of all top colleges through CAT exam is generally 95+ percentile. So, you cannot get a good college with a low score of 75-80 percentile. And the colleges you might get at that score won't be good choices for pursuing MBA.

Getting MBA from IIM's is totally different than PG in quantitative economics. I would strongly advise you to go full heartedlly for preparing for CAT. If I may add why not prepare for civil services examination? One year in life, even if you don't qualify, is nothing compared to the satisfaction you will always have of attempting something that you wanted. Go ahead for CAT.
