Hi Vijay,
The cut-off for PGDM is 70 percentile while it is 65 for PGDM (IB) & 60 for PGDM (RM) & PGDM(IBM).
So, you will get a call depending on the course you apply for.

You can apply for few B-schools and new IIMs with that percentile. However, you need to score a minimum of 50 percent marks in graduation.

Yes, MICA accepts CAT score for you to be eligible to take MICAT. CAT score has 2 percent weightage in the overall process.

The CAT cut-off of this college for rural management is minimum 50%. You should choose RM in this college only if you haven't cleared the cut off/ PI etc., in the top three-four colleges for Rural Management in India and provided, you really want to pursue RM.
